To show the Windy Map and select Map layers, please follow the steps below: 

1) Select the Weather Layout as Map first. 

2) From the Map Type option, select the Windy Map. 

3) Now, to set different layers for the Map, go to the Map Settings tab of the plugin. 

4) Here, you will find the option Default Layer. Select any of the layers you prefer from the dropdown.
