It is pretty easy to show the Weather Map in the Tabs with the Location Weather plugin. Follow the steps below:

1) select the Weather Tabs layout first. 

2) Under the Templates, you will find the option Enable Weather Map in Tabs. Enable it. 

3) A new tab named Map Settings will appear in the shortcode settings tab. From this tab, you can customize the map layer and weather data shown on the map.
